Fear the Plant!

In an attempt to brighten up my room, I have a new plant, pictured artfully here in front of one of my Eric Joyner pictures (the one I've found a better place for other than the floor).
This is no regular plant either. This is a Devil's Ivy, which apparently causes a burning sensation in the mouth and diarrhea if eaten and dermatitis if touched. Don't mess with this plant!

I'd like to say I chose it for it's cool name or unsociable habits, but really it was the only houseplant B&Q had that wasn't either a) a small tree, or b) expected to drop dead after flowering once. Aside from that it's extraordinarily good at looking after itself, and can grow quite large. My plan is to have it draped down the side of the bookcase you can see in the picture.
